Freight Receiving Instructions
Extremely Important
First and foremost, we want to thank you for your business! The equipment you purchased is a significant investment, and we want to make sure it arrives in new and undamaged condition. During shipping, damage can occur, and we want you to know how to properly handle the situation so you eliminate costly and time-consuming conflicts that can arise if the receiving process is not followed exactly. The damage must be reported within 24-48 hours, or the responsibility becomes yours to file a freight claim with the carrier. Step 1. When the delivery arrives make sure there is a safe place to offload and proper equipment available to handle the weight of your unit(s). A unit dropped or damaged with your involvement in the process will more than likely be your responsibility. Step 2. When the unit is on the Ground/Dock do a visual inspection of the shipping crate or carton and look for signs of:- Forklift impact
- Damaged corners of the carton
- Oil or coolant leaks
- Top or sides of the carton crushed
- Hidden Freight Damage that might be under the carton
- Freight Shipments – Please check to see if there is a Tip N Tell Indicator (Item A) AND/OR a Shock Indicator (Item B) on your item (see below) . If there is an indicator please check it as this will indicate possible damage. ***If the Tip N Tell Arrow point is blue this package has been on (Its Side or Tipped over in transit)*** SEE BELOW

Item B |
- If the driver’s copy of the BOL Is not notated with damages and you accept the unit then you will need to file the claim with the carrier directly. We cannot file the claim.
